POSITION	DESCRIPTION
Business Office	Business Office Director - Oversee the daily operations of the Business Office and assign responsibilities to individual employees that will permit the completion of the functions necessary for the management and billing functions of the accounts receivables of the hospital.
Nursing Services Director of Acute Care	Plans, organizes and directs the provision of patient care services. Supervises department personnel and all functions including developing and maintaining nursing service objectives, standards of care, policy and procedures and educational in-services. Identifies problem areas of patient care and formulates plans for action to solve them. Facilitates favorable working relationships within nursing, the medical staff and all other hospital departments. Assures compliance with all regulations pertaining to nursing services. Maintains infection control policies and accurate records.

Employee of the Month
The Employee of the Month for July 2010 is Johnny Robbins. Johnny began working in the Security Department in March 2007. He is married with grown children. Johnny is also a licensed ham radio operator. Johnny was selected as the Employee of the Month not only for his excellent work, but when we were down several security officers, he stepped up in a big way. He volunteered to work a lot of fill in hours which allowed for very little rest for him. Johnny works well with new employees, getting them up to speed with our procedures in the Security Department. He has put himself in a position of leadership, that he handles quite efficiently. Johnny has been promoted to Security Corrdinator. He is a great asset to AMH and is very much appreciated. Congratulations!
