PATIENTS RIGHTS

PRMC and its staff are committed to a tradition of providing quality healthcare. In accordance with this commitment, we believe that a patient is entitled to the best healthcare we can provide. You may also ask about our Active Advantage Program (for patients 40 and older) by calling (806) 663-5577.

PUBLIC NOTICE

If there are any concerns about patient care and safety in the hospital that the hospital has not addressed, please contact the hospital's management at (806) 663-5500. If the concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, the individual is encouraged to contact the Joint Commission by either calling 1/800-994-6610 or e-mailing

VISITING HOURS

Visiting hours at PRMC are from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
Visitors can be good medicine, and we encourage family and friends to visit during these hours. Remember that patients in a hospital need rest, so please plan accordingly. Thanks for your cooperation.

Visitor's waiting rooms are conveniently situated through out the facility. There is one on each patient floor and on the main floor just inside the outpatient entrance. There are also special waiting areas for the family of patients in the emergency room and surgery.

To make your visit as pleasant and stress free as possible, during certain hours, a volunteer is on duty to keep family members informed on the patient's status.

CHAPEL

The chapel is located on the second floor adjacent to the ICU waiting room. Visitors of all faiths are welcome to visit the chapel for prayer and meditation.
